The Sherman’s
Tk & Lenor Sherman are the proud parents of 2 children. A 22 year old college graduate and a 12 year old 7th grader. Assetpreneur was created to educate their children on financing. Over the last 10 years Tk & Lenor have been volunteering and teaching financial Literacy.
Lenor Sherman Bio
Lenor Sherman has spent over 27 intentional years making significant impact in the Real Estate industry within the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
Lenor started in Real Estate at the tender age of 18. Real Estate has been a life long passion for her.
Today, Lenor is the Managing Broker of a Boutique brokerage 360 Realty & Development LLC, Owner of Investors Property Management Solutions, LLC and the knowledgeable Licensed General Contractor for 180 Construction, LLC that does 100% of all of Sherman Investment Group projects.
Lenor has personally developed and overseen the renovation and restoration of over 150 properties in the City of Chicago and the Surrounding Suburbs for herself, investors and Hedge Funds.
Prior to becoming a full-time serial entrepreneur, Lenor was an Asset Manager with the Chicago Housing Authority where she studied construction, financing and budgeting.
Lenor is the Co-Founder and COO of the financial literacy company, Assetpreneur, LLC , the Executive Director of the new NFP- The Purpose Center Inc and The Co-Founder of Sherman Investment Group Ltd.
Lenor, alongside her husband, Tk Sherman co-founder of Assetpreneur and The Purpose Center their aim is to educate all to include young adults from underserved families through financial literacy, real estate education and basic life skills.
Lenor has participated in several career days throughout CPS & Suburban schools surrounding Chicago. Lenor has hosted several turkey drives and in 2021 donated a state-of-the-art game room to King Elementary school for students to attend for good behavior.
Over the years Lenor has become known as the Real Estate Investment Mogul, teaching both new and seasoned investors how to grow their real estate portfolios through creating stabilized housing units. Lenor always states that if you're willing to learn, she is willing to teach!
Lenor holds a bachelor's degree in project management, A Managing Brokers License for the State of Illinois and is a Certified Housing Counselor. Lenor has received several HUD certifications and licenses in her field over the past 27 years in real estate.
Lenor published her first Project Management book in 2019. Her 2nd published project was The Assetpreneur Workbook in 2023. Her 3rd project The Assetpreneur Coloring Book was released in 2024. The 4th project You are the Assetpreneur will be released in Summer 2025.
The talented and very savvy businesswoman greatest passion is in seeing people make the effort to do better and have better. With great power comes great responsibility; she believes in being a blessing to others through education.
Lenor stays booked as a Real Estate keynote speaker, host and Teacher. Her knowledge and people skills quickly makes her a conference and panelist favorite. The ability to demand a room with eloquence, love and charisma is a defining trait of hers. She inspires, she teaches, motivates and if need be, she will show up in her high heels on a construction site to lend a helping hand.
Lenor knows Chicago, she is passionate and thrives on rebuilding the city that she loves so much with vision set towards a national reach. One meeting with her and you will see why people crowned her the Oprah of Real Estate.
